In the film, Sisi Tesser and Christine portray the daughters of two ministers. While admiring maple leaves, Princess Xixi accidentally loses her mother’s heirloom jade bracelet. Fortunately, a female chivalrous swordswoman finds the bracelet while practicing in the woods. Through two ingeniously crafted ancient poems, the characters transcend time, reuniting as if in a dream, deepening their mutual affection.

Notably, Sisi Tesser ‘s creation of two contextually fitting ancient poems facilitates a seamless transition between eras. Initially concerned about potential copyright issues with the film’s music, she was inspired to compose original songs, resulting in a warm and heartfelt effect.

The outstanding performances of the three actresses significantly enhance the film. Sisi delicately portrays the inner world of her character; Christine’s natural and fluent acting conveys innocence and kindness; Jenny playing the female chivalrous swordswoman embodies a heroic image through her superb martial arts and resolute expressions.
