All you need are tomatoes, chicken breast, eggs, and bell peppers.
材料只需要准备西红柿、鸡胸肉、鸡蛋、彩椒。
Slice the tomatoes and cut the bell peppers in half. 
Take a piece of chicken breast (your favorite cut!), 
trim off excess fat, and marinate it with baking soda for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, crack an egg, and fry the chicken breast
 until golden on the outside and tender inside.

Assemble the ingredients in your preferred order,
