Lei Jun has recently unlocked yet another new identity - a food blogger, 
showing everyone how to make sugar-coated hawthorns. 
Every step he took seemed quite professional, but, President Lei,
 it seems like the sugar wasn't properly boiled.

每一个步骤都显得很专业,但是,雷总,咱这糖好像没熬好。
So, the question is, how can we make sugar-coated hawthorns
 that are delicious and don't stick to your teeth?
那么问题来了,怎么才能做出又好吃还不沾牙的糖葫芦呢?

Thread them together casually according to your mood
按心情随意组合穿成串
Add 1 part water and 2 parts sugar to a frying pan
平底锅内加入1份水2份糖
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, throughout the process
全程中小火边搅拌边熬
In the first stage, watch until the sugar is completely dissolved
第一阶段看见糖完全融化
Once it starts bubbling, stop stirring
已经起泡了就不要再搅动了
(这句后面什么在搅动,就出砂了,不要了)
In the second stage, the bubbles become dense
第二阶段气泡变得密集了
indicating that the water is almost evaporated
说明水分快熬光了
In the third stage, when it turns to the color of sesame oil
第三阶段看到变成香油色
dip a chopstick into it
拿筷子蘸一下
then put it into cold water
放凉水里面
If it crystallizes into a transparent sugar block, turn off the heat
结晶成透明的糖块就关火
Dip the threaded fruits into the sugar mixture
穿好的水果
turning them a few times
进去转上几圈
then place them on an oiled cutting board to cool
放在抹了油的菜板上晾凉
