In Detective Chinatown 1900, Liu Haoran plays the role of the great detective Qin Fu. 
Outside of the movie, he transforms into a promoter of his hometown's cuisine. 
Besides the well-known Henan dishes like Huimian (a type of noodles in broth)
 and Hulatang (a spicy soup), he highly recommends a specialty dish, Languo Stew,
  from Lushan County, Pingdingshan, his hometown.

First, make the braised pork
