The making of stinky tofu is a process filled with ingenuity and wisdom. 
The tofu cubes are placed in a specific environment for fermentation. During this process,
 the marvelous action of microorganisms makes the surface of the tofu gradually 
 become crispy while maintaining a tender texture inside. At the same time, 
 fermentation also gives stinky tofu its unique "stinky" smell.
臭豆腐的制作过程充满了匠心与智慧。豆腐块会被放置在特定的环境中进行发酵。
