近日，首届东北亚（抚松）人参养生膳文化展示交流活动在吉林省白山市抚松县成功举办，
旨在推动人参产业成为吉林高质量发展的标志性产业。
Recently, the first Northeast Asia (Fusong) Ginseng Health Cuisine Cultural 
Exchange event was successfully held in Fusong County, Baishan City, 
Jilin Province. The event aimed to position the ginseng industry 
as a key pillar of high-quality development in Jilin.
与此同时，2024东北亚人参养生膳邀请赛在吉林省白山市抚松县成功举行，
吸引了来自俄罗斯、韩国、日本等31支国际队伍参赛。此次比赛以人参为主料，
参赛者展示了创意十足的养生膳菜肴，评审团从口感、创新、营养等多维度进行严格评分，
最终评选出特金奖和金奖。
Meanwhile The 2024 Northeast Asia Ginseng Health Cuisine Invitational 
was successfully held in Fusong County, Baishan City, Jilin Province,
 attracting 31 international teams from Russia, South Korea, Japan, 
 and other countries. The competition featured dishes with ginseng 
 as the main ingredient, showcasing the participants' creative health cuisines. 
 The judging panel rigorously evaluated the dishes based on taste, 
 innovation, nutrition, and other aspects,
 ultimately awarding Special Gold and Gold prizes.

A Global Health Cuisine Feast: All dishes were centered around ginseng, 
demonstrating its potential in global health and wellness. The competition 
was not only a culinary contest but also a bridge for cross-cultural exchange,
 promoting deeper cooperation in the health sector among China, 
 South Korea, Japan, and other countries.
